Perhaps if I was playing one of the other traitor legions I would need to worry more about mutations and such but fluff-wise the Iron Warriors are abhor the taint of Chaos and due what ever they can to remove any mutation, thus they are more closely resemble the still loyal Space Marines. #Gideon: Hope the pictures helped to inspire you.
